Ok, so we all know that Lindsay Lohan and Audrina Partridge are proud owners of the best burglar alarms money can buy, so why did Nick Prugo get away with stealing all that stuff? He was caught on tape after all.

On February 23rd the culprit busted into Partridge’s abode and got away with over $43, 000 in fabulous designer clothing and jewelry. Later in August he made off with something like $128,000 in similar merchandise from the Hollywood Hills bungalow belonging to Lohan. What the heck? Was he on a shopping spree for free?

Lohan actually hinted in a Twitter message she know exactly what was going on. Because the usual electronics items that get lifted in a burglary were not touched she figured it was done by someone that knew her. It was Lohan’s surveillance camera that captured footage of Prugo and two female accomplices. The dude was arrested in September and released on $100,000 bail. He get up to 6 years in a state prison.
